July 25, Friday - 9 am-11 pm - Cowboy Camp, Auction, Western Days Bulls & Barrels

Sunday, July 20th

6 pm - Singspiration & Ice Cream Social - Organized by Area Churches

Monday, July 21st

12 pm - 9 pm - Bring in all exhibits that have been pre-registered

5:30 pm - All animals in barns

6 pm - Livestock Weigh-In

Tuesday, July 22nd

9 am - Non-livestock Judging Begins

9 am - Swine Showmanship & Judging

Noon - ? Find an Official Fair Painted Rock and turn into Fair Office for a prize

3 pm - Sheep Showmanship & Judging, Goat Showmanship & Judging immediately following

5 pm - Official Opening - Flag Ceremony by Hillman VFW

5:30 pm - Baked Goods Auction in Event Tent

6 pm - 10 pm Exhibit Barns Open

7 pm - 4-H Market Animal Project Notebooks must be turned into fair office

7 pm - Queen Princess & Little Miss Pageant ($3 for 5-12 yr olds, $5 teens & adults

Wednesday, July 23rd

9 am - Poultry Showmanship & Judging

9 am - 4-H Horse Showmanship & Judging

10 am - 10 pm Exhibit Barns Open

12 pm - Princess Party in Event Tent (3-10 yr olds) 

Noon - ? Find an Official Fair Painted Rock and turn into Fair Office for a prize

1 pm - Carnival Opens - Ride Wristband $15 (Wednesday only Buy an All Week Ride Wristband for $50)

1 pm - 4 pm - Dot, the Balloon Artist, will be making balloon sculptures for kids of all ages

1 pm - Jr. Livestock Judging - Must be pre-registered

1 pm - 4 pm Kids' Games & Face Painting - Free

2 pm - 4 pm - Beachbillies Music on Rice House Veranda

1 - 6 pm Log Cabin, Rice House & Old McKenzie School House Open

3 pm - 4-H Demonstrations, Public Speaking, Music/Drama/Dance in Event Tent

4 pm - 8 pm Laser Tag in Grandstands FREE for all ages

9 am - 11 am - Disaster Relief Personnel Appreciation Breakfast - Free Breakfast & Parking

10 am - Beef Showmanship & Judging

10 am - 10 pm Exhibit Barns Open

Noon - ? Find an Official Fair Painted Rock and turn into Fair Office for a prize

1 pm - Birds of Prey Exhibit & Presentation

1 pm - Carnival Opens - Ride Wristband $25 

1 pm - 3 pm Bubble Blast Fun

1 pm - 4 pm - Meet Smokey the Bear - Games & Bounce House - Free

2:30 pm - Kidz Zone in Event Tent - Make a take home craft - Sponsored by Brush Creek Mill Grant

1 - 6 pm Log Cabin, Rice House & Old McKenzie School House Open

2 pm - Rabbit Showmanship & Judging

2 pm - Martin Valentine Village - Root Beer Floats -Bring your friends to enjoy a Free float & conversation

4:30 pm - Small Animal Sweepstakes

6 pm - Horse Pull in Grandstands ($5 for 5-12 yr olds, $10 teens & adults)

8 pm - 9 pm Campfire Singalong by Horse Arena

Saturday, July 26th

10 am - 11 pm Exhibit Barns Open

11 am - Children's King & Queen Registration/Crowning ages 3-5 in Event Tent

Noon - ? Find an Official Fair Painted Rock and turn into Fair Office for a prize

12 - 12:45 pm - Registration for Cornhole Tournament

12:30 pm Candy Bar Bingo for all ages - FREE

1 pm - Cornhole Tournament on west side of Smith Hall - $10 per team

1 pm - Carnival Opens - Ride Wristband $25 

1 pm - Safety Day Tours & Demonstrations by Fire, EMS, Police, DNR

1 - 6 pm - Log Cabin, Rice House & Old McKenzie School House Open

2 pm - Martin Valentine Village - Homemade Apple Butter & Bread - Stop in!

2:30 - 4:30 pm Registration for Bump-n-Run

3:30 - 5:30 - Karaoke/Music in Event Tent w/ Bran Corpus

5 pm - Children's Bike Give Away - Kids can register all week at fair office

6 pm - Bump-n-Run in the Grandstands ($5 for 5-12 yr olds, $12 teens & adults) Power Wheels Races - 

           Ages 11 & Under (before final heat)​

Parking

Parking is available on-site for a $5 per vehicle fee or $15 for an all week pass. Follow the signs upon arrival for easy access to designated parking areas.

Food Options

Savor the flavors of the fair with a variety of food options ranging from classic fair treats to gourmet delights. There's something to satisfy every craving at Montmorency County 4-H Fair.  Daily Dinner Specials are available at the Fair Food Booth.
